SAFEGUARDING – PROTECTION OF MINORS AND VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS

The ASD AZEN KAYAK is committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all its members, with particular attention to minors and vulnerable individuals.

In accordance with national and international regulations on the protection of minors and the prevention of abuse, ASD AZEN KAYAK adopts a code of conduct for the protection of the most fragile subjects, committing to:

• Prevent any form of abuse, harassment, violence, or discrimination within association activities.

• Ensure that all instructors, technicians, and volunteers working with minors and vulnerable individuals are adequately trained and aware of their responsibilities.

• Provide a secure and confidential communication channel for reporting any inappropriate behaviour or safety concerns.

• Ensure that sports and recreational activities take place in a controlled context, respecting safety regulations and the psychological and physical well-being of the athletes.
