Our squad
Perhaps by vocation or professional deformation, she assists anyone who comes near her. Logistics is her strong suit, and she always knows the best way to solve our problems, but because of her Montessori nature, she will share it with us only after we failed. Safety and reliability, she holds the record for most sunglasses lost at the bottom of the sea.
Mauro Figoni
The tolerant one
With calmness and determination, he navigates through unforeseen events, dispensing knowledge of speleology and hydrodynamics. His demeanour is often calm, although occasionally, provocative breezes blow. He's a helpful and caring instructor, but don't make him angry.
Pierpaolo Peddio
The problem solver
Like champions at the end of their careers, don't call him for easy matches. If the situation seems impossible to solve, and there's a kayak involved, he's the man for you. Among the staff, there are rumors that sometimes he complicates things just to have a bit of fun.
Giuseppe Rivieccio
The Glue
The glue? Exactly! Giuseppe managed to put
together all the pieces to form the perfect team and make Azen
Kayak work. With his determination, he was born a motivator,
and he’s always there to make anyone feel comfortable. Rumor
has it that he made a deal with the devil, exchanging the little
sense of aesthetics he had with the ability to complete
challenging excursions with a 5 AM wake-up call and meals
based on dried figs and nuts. If you think he gained from this
exchange, it's because you haven't seen his collection of tank
tops yet."
Luca Porcheddu
all-rounder
His friends don't recognise him anymore; when his head is above water, any excuse is good to show off his enviable rolling skills, with a paddle, with any kayak, just with a small support, or even without a paddle! Unfortunately for him, before long, we will also see his bald version. Humility and friendliness make him the perfect team member; a bringer of joy, he has one problem: a photo taken horizontally could ruin his day.
Alessandro Idini
The athlete
Legend has it that he once capsized with the kayak, but the boys who train with him find it hard to believe. In canoe polo, he's a force of nature, accelerating, braking, and turning with embarrassing ease. When he has a ball in his hands, he turns 20 years younger. Don't be fooled by the fact that he's no longer a youngster: if he were to tow you, you better buckle up!
